“A Radiant Future”, the new novel by Pierre Lemaître, will be released on January 21, 2025

Two years after his last book, Pierre Lemaître returns to the literary scene with A bright futurea great adventure novel to be published on January 21, 2025 by Calmann-Lévy.

This latest novel follows in the footsteps of the two previous ones.The Big Worldpublished in 2022, sales of which today amount to 355,000 copies according to GFK and Silence and Anger (2023), sold 238,000 copies.

Together, the three novels constitute the series “ The Glorious Years », dedicated to the Trente Glorieuses. Readers follow the Pelletier family and their many adventures over time, from 1948 to 1959. The characters also move around the world between Paris, Beirut, Saigon and, in A bright futurePrague.

And the adaptation of Big World in comics by Christian de Metter will be released by Rue de Sèvres on January 25, while with A bright futurePierre Lemaître, winner of the Goncourt Prize in 2013, continues his exploration of the 20th^e century.
