Ligue 1 – D13: Soon 30 matches with the Mastiffs for the HSC – LOSC referee

As the thirteenth day of Ligue 1 approaches, during which LOSC travels to , the Professional League has revealed the identity of the referees who will officiate this weekend.

A little less than a week ago, LOSC celebrated its anniversary inside the Decathlon Arena – Stade Pierre Mauroy on the occasion of the Stade Rennais reception. The Bretons defeated (1-0), the Mastiffs did the same away to Bologna (1-2) this Wednesday in the Champions League. They must now turn their attention to their third and final deadline of the week: a trip to Montpellier this Sunday (3 p.m.). At the age of 42, Benoît Millot will referee this match counting for the thirteenth day of Ligue 1 McDonalds. The seventh best referee of the 2023-2024 season will be accompanied by Cyril Mugnier et
Valentin Evrard along the sidelines, as well as by William Toulliou in the shoes of the 4th referee. Wilfried Bien et Christian
Guillard
will be responsible for providing video assistance to the refereeing.

This duel between LOSC and Montpellier HSC will be the seventh outing for Benoît Millot, who began his season in Ligue 1 with a scathing victory for Stade Rennais over OL (3-0). He has significant experience with 442 meetings led since his beginnings. If he has not yet met the Mastiffs this season, nor the Montpellier residents for that matter, the two entities know each other well. The native of Châtenay-Malabry has already refereed LOSC at 27 reprisesfor an assessment of eleven victories, seven draws et
nine defeats. The record is significantly similar with Montpellier: nine victories, five draws and ten defeats in 24 games.
