PSG has had to do without Presnel Kimpembe since the winter of 2023 and his Achilles tendon injury. PSG will recover its soldier. Presnel Kimpembe has been absent since his first Achilles tendon injury in February 2023 against the'About. Presnel Kimpembe did not skimp on efforts and submitted to crazy discipline regarding his personal sessions for several months in order to put all the chances on his side to get back in shape and to his former level.
“He came to join me at the gym as soon as it opened, at 6 a.m., to work on his muscle strengthening, with core training in particular. Don't underestimate what he does. Being able to work so long to come back, mentally, is already important. But he always wanted to keep it simple in these moments. He never complained about his situation with me. It was always: “I’m fine, everything is great.”
