Paris Saint-Germain has formalized the extension of its partnership with the Aspetar hospital for two additional seasons. This collaboration, which has lasted for more than ten years, allows the capital club to rely on the expertise of a world-renowned medical establishment. The medical center, based in Doha, is a premium partner of the capital club.
PSG and Aspetar continue their collaboration
“Our long-term partnership with Paris Saint-Germain reflects our shared commitment to excellence, innovation and providing comprehensive medical care to Parisian athletes so they can perform at their best – same on and off the field”note by press release, the marketing and communications director of Aspetar, Khalid Al-Naama. “ For over a decade, we have collaborated to ensure our athletes receive the highest level of care, and we look forward to continuing this important work together.”adds the director of partnerships at Paris SG, Nicola Ibbetson.
Aspetar wants to be a center of high performance and excellence, it supports this assertion with double recognition, on the one hand from FIFA which stamps it “FIFA Center of Medical Excellence” and on the other by the International Olympic Committee which chose it as a “Research Center for Injury Prevention and Protection of Athletes’ Health”.
