ASSE hosts Montpellier this Saturday evening for the 12th day of Ligue 1. A crucial and capital meeting for maintenance. This 12th episode of the season will be an opportunity for the League to show its commitment to an important cause: Children's rights!
A commitment that endures
For International Children's Rights Day on November 20, French professional football is working alongside the CNAPE and Mohamed Bouhafsi to protect children. Ligue 1 McDonald's and Ligue 2 BKT are mobilizing. The goal: to promote the emergency number 119 – Allô Enfance en Danger, free and confidential.
A national campaign includes matches played with Decathlon balls designed by children. These matches will mark the 12th day of Ligue 1 and the 14th of Ligue 2. These balls will be autographed by the players and auctioned, with the funds donated to the CNAPE. The other balls will be donated to associations to encourage sport.
Partner of the operation, Décathlon also organized a tournament in Nice. This tournament brought together 216 children representing Ligue 1 clubs. The children received equipment offered by the brand and participated in sporting events.
Clubs, players, broadcasters (DAZN, beIN SPORTS) and partners will amplify this initiative on social networks, in stadiums and on television. Dedicated visuals, digital actions and panels on the theme of childhood will complete this solidarity mobilization.
ASSE is mobilizing like the whole of Ligue 1
This week, the various professional French football clubs changed their visual identity on social networks. The club logos were drawn by children. These drawings will be used on the various scoreboards in French stadiums this weekend.
Recently, ASSE invited around fifteen children from child protection organizations in the Loire. These young people were able to experience a day at the heart of the club's professional squad.
