Julien Bée: “It’s good to see a coach who dares to say things”

On Forever radio, the journalist Julien Béespoke about the coach of the Girondins de , Bruno Irlesand his communication, very frank and transparent.

“I have the chance to interview him after each Girondins match, and we realize that his communication skills go well, that he dares to say things. Having known several coaches in Bordeaux, Bruno Irles has a personality which means that he is quite honest in his words. It’s good to see a coach who dares to say things.”

There's nothing to complain about so far.

“For now, he’s the man for the job. The small negative point will be his choice over Soufiane Bahassa indeed. That's the only question mark. We also don't know – but at this stage it's fiction – what will happen when Djibril Diaw is operational. Djibril Diaw will have to fight, will have to show, will have to prove. Now, we are not going to hide the fact that Cédric Yambéré's latest performances raise questions. There will inevitably be a choice to make for the coach, who doesn't seem accustomed to playing with three at the back so it would surprise me if we went with a three-man defense. He will therefore have to make a choice between Jean Grillot and Cédric Yambéré, instead of Djibril Diaw. Or the latter will start on the bench… It’s also possible.”
