PSG has already managed to steal a nugget from FC Barcelona in the person of Xavi Simons in the summer of 2019. The Gavi file, which would tickle President Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, would however be in great danger and very different from the Simons operation . PSG has been thinking about recruiting Gavi for a while
