OL are going through a very difficult period. Not much is going right sportingly and internally, the Rhone club must quickly find funds to save itself in Ligue 1.

The American businessman should therefore still use his network to downsize the Lyon workforce. Regarding the field, Pierre Sage is contested after OL's poor start to 2025. But Congré's work alone is not considered sufficient by OL, who want to help the elements of their workforce manage the pressure and everything that goes with it. In the coming days, it would therefore not be surprising to see reinforcements arrive to develop the mental preparation of the Olympique Lyonnais players. What is enough to get back on track? This is all that the Rhone management is hoping for, who are dreaming of qualifying for the European Cup at the end of the season.
