The Bordeaux team made up of Arnaud De Carli (Vice-President), Arnaud Saint-André (General Manager), Guy Cotret (administrator) and Laurent Cotret (club lawyer) were before the Bordeaux commercial court in order to present the progress of the restructuring of the club, and obtain an extension of the recovery by 6 months, until July 30, 2025. The owner and president, Gérard Lopez was not present
The hearing lasted 1 hour 15 minutes, indicates Sud-Ouest present on site. After the deliberation, it was accepted that the recovery period be extended by 6 months, indicates Ici Gironde. This time will be necessary to prepare the business continuation plan and consolidate the final debt.
A next follow-up hearing has been scheduled for March 18.
