Mahamadou Diawara will finish the season in Le Havre. The midfielder is on loan from OL, without a purchase option.
The news was expected, it is now official. Mahamadou Diawara19, will finish the last five months of the 2024-2025 season in Le Havre. He is loaned there until the end of the year by his club, Olympique Lyonnais. But once the championship is over, his return to the Rhône is planned, since there is no purchase option integrated into this transfer.

His salary should be covered by OL. Note that so far, he has played 16 matches in all competitions with the Rhone team since his arrival in the summer of 2023. But he plays significantly less under Pierre Sagesince the latter has only called on him four times since August 2024 (two in Ligue 1 and two in the Europa League).
-Under contract with the Lyonnais until 2028, Diawara will undoubtedly be at the heart of the news again in the off-season. The question of his playing time and its management will arise once again. But his CV could take on another dimension if he manages to establish himself at HAC, under Didier Digard.
