Grégory Dupont has more than twenty-five years of experience at the highest global level. A pioneer both through his university studies and his various professional experiences, Grégory is considered one of the pioneers concerning the link between scientific research in the service of sporting performance.
The native of Valenciennes enjoyed a professional career between 1991 and 1994, successively with Dieppe, Tournai, Amiens and Valenciennes, between the second division and the National.
In 1999, Grégory began a new life as a physical trainer for 8 seasons at LOSC. He then played between 2007 and 2009 in Scotland with Celtic Glasgow as Head of the Sports Science Department; time to win his first trophies (winner of the championship and the League Cup). In 2009, Grégory returned to LOSC as Head of the Performance and Medical Department of the northern club. In particular, he set up the club's research and development department, making it possible to standardize the support offered both to players at the training center and to those in the first team. He was one of the actors in the evolution of the northern club towards a new era of sporting excellence, culminating in the cup-championship double achieved in 2011.
In 2017, Grégory Dupont joined Clairefontaine, where he took charge of the performance and innovation department of the French Football Federation. A few weeks later, he joined the staff of Didier Deschamps, before the 2018 World Cup in Russia, with whom he added a new line to his list, the most prestigious: World Champion.
In 2019, it was around Zinédine Zidane's Real Madrid to attract him to its ranks, where Grégory Dupont continues to expand his track record, as Director of the club's Sports Science Department. Merengue.
After more than twenty years in club at the highest level, and an academic career which allowed him to obtain a doctorate, Grégory decided to become a consultant in sports sciences and performance strategy by founding FELIS, a sports strategy consulting agency which supports the best athletes in the world, their staff, but also professional football clubs.
