Real Madrid have formalized the arrival of Lamini Fati, a young central defender from Leganés.
Aged 18, Fati joins the Merengues youth teams to continue his development. Although he shares the same name as FC Barcelona winger Ansu Fati, there is no relation between the two players.
A dream come true
Lamini Fati expressed his joy after his signing: “I am very happy to be able to sign for the best club in the world, Real Madrid. It’s a dream come true for me and my family,” he said. Closely followed by Madrid recruiters, he is now ready to give everything for his new club, as he added with fervor: “Hala Madrid”. The young talent could thus be a future asset for the club in the long term, within its training.
