Accused of assaulting a woman in a nightclub, the case takes an unexpected turn.
Controversies regarding footballers happen very often. As a public figure, their actions are atoned for by the paparazzi or others. One of the recent cases was that of Kylian Mbappé and the case in Sweden. While he left for Sweden to escape the entire media sphere, the player was quickly found despite a private party.
After Kylian Mbappé, it was Théo Hernandez who was accused of assault on two women. The affair broke out when Fabrizio Coronaa former paparazzi and controversial media figure, has posted videos on his YouTube channel. These images, filmed in a club in Marbella dating from 2017, show Theo Hernández in altercations with a woman. The player won his case before the Malaga court because the model was sentenced to 6 months in prison. In addition to the prison sentence,
the model was sentenced to a fine of six months with a daily allowance of ten euros for accusation and false denunciation.
The truth is now known.
While Fabrizio Corona, the Italian paparazzi, claimed that the video was taken in a Milan club, it turns out that the facts finally took place in 2017 in Spain. Théo Hernandez and the model met in a nightclub, where they initially left the premises to have sex in a car before returning inside the establishment. The woman allegedly tried to convince the French international to come to her house, but without success.
Frustrated, she allegedly fought with other people, according to the facts proven in the judgment. According to Relevo, the woman, “to take revenge and take advantage of the notorieté” of the footballer, called the national police to declare that she had been the victim of a sexual assault, with the intention of filing a complaint. The police officers then took her for a medical examination.
Eventually, the accused entered into an agreement after admitting the facts reported in the indictment.
