Having passed through the LOSC training center from 2018 to 2020, Canadian international Charles-Andreas Brym left Sparta Rotterdam for Almere City FC, still in the Netherlands.
Former LOSC players are popular in the Netherlands, particularly within the Almere City Football Club, nicknamed the black sheep. After Baptiste Guillaume, recruited this summer, it is the turn of Charles-Andreas Brym (26 years old) to arrive at the Yanmar Stadion, Eredivisie venue. The Canadian international left Sparta Rotterdam to sign a two and a half year contract, until June 30, 2027, with his new team. The form of the transaction, nor its potential amount, were not revealed by the Dutch team.
“I have had good conversations with the staff and management of Almere City FC about the challenge facing the clubconfided Charles-Andreas Brym in comments relayed in a press release. I look forward to playing in Almere and helping the club to stay in the Eredivisie,” continued the man who has played in Rotterdam since 2022.
Since his departure from LOSC in August 2020, Charles-Andreas Brym has only known the Netherlands, with the exception of a first freelance stint in Mouscron. He scored 21 goals and provided 10 assists in 64 games with FC Eindhoven, 8 goals and 4 assists with Sparta Rotterdam, and will continue his epic career in the seventeenth Eredivisie, the first division of Dutch football. The maintenance mission is launched.
