At 23 years old, Manuel Ugarte has already traveled well. Trained in Uruguay, in his native country, he took his first steps on the European continent by joining Famalicao, in Portugal, during the winter of 2021. The evolution of his career then took him to Sporting CP, then to Paris Saint -Germain, where he landed for the tidy sum of 60 million euros. This experience, inconclusive, ended after a year with a transfer to Manchester United. Teammate of Leny Yoro, he has logged a significant amount of playing time (1,369 minutes) with already 22 appearances across the Channel. However, it is not for his performances that he has recently been talked about on social networks, but thanks to his collection of jerseys.
Active on Instagram, Manuel Ugarte took advantage of a quiet week in England to publish a few photos, including one which highlights his jersey collection. Although there are many of them that belong to him personally, and unfortunately there is not yet that of Leny Yoro, one of them caught our attention. It is a white tunic dotted with red and blue spots, tunic flocked in the name of the Argentinian Ignacio Miramon. Holder of little playing time during his first year in the North, 87 minutes in total, the native of Bolivar still had the opportunity to share his colors, those of LOSC. These, which must bring back good memories for Leny Yoro, are now found across the Channel in the personal collection of Manuel Ugarte.
A jagged loan
Loaned by LOSC in Argentina after a season spent on the bench, Ignacio Miramon (21 years old) ended the year 2024 with a period of doubts. Established for many months, he gradually lost his aura. The midfielder was thus forced to settle for parts of matches during the month of December. He undoubtedly hopes to be able to reverse the trend at the start of 2025 with a return to the field scheduled for January 16 during a friendly match against Juventude, a team fighting to remain in Brazil.
