Holder of a Master's degree in sports journalism, I fell in love with tennis since childhood and have always loved reading the great stories of this sport. Today, I want to tell them about them, take full advantage of my passion and be as close as possible to the aces of the circuit.

Spotted for his great qualities despite his young age, Kang-In Lee joined PSG in the summer of 2023 at the same time as Luis Enrique. The South Korean has established himself as a fairly solid element of the Parisian squad over time, so much so that the Spanish coach has made him appear on the field during all of the club's matches this season. The latter was questioned about the player.

While the entire Parisian workforce is present in Qatar in preparation for the Champions Trophy facing theAS Monaco this Sunday is the opportunity for PSG to start the year 2025 on a new basis. The final weeks of 2024 were slightly more convincing and among the players on whom Luis Enrique likes to lean on, Kang-In Lee occupies a fairly high place.

Luis Enrique seduced by Lee

At only 23 years old, Kang-In Lee managed to convince Luis Enrique who sees him as a player with high potential. It is with this in mind that he was recruited for €22 million in Mallorca. “Since I arrived, Lee has been on an upward trajectory. He has good stats. He can play in several positions: striker, winger, false 9. I like this player. He has a brilliant attitude, his quality is indisputable and he has great room for improvement” declares the Spanish coach at a press conference before the match against Monaco.

Lee, a very present player

Since the start of the season, Kang-In Lee never missed a match PSG even if he only starts half the time and rarely finishes an entire match. Luis Enrique did not hesitate to use him as an attacking midfielder even if he quite often occupies the right wing of the attack. It remains to be seen how his development will continue over the coming months in a season which promises to be more difficult than the previous ones.
