Kahn delivers a few words
Barely had the information come out from Sud-Ouest of Oliver Kahn's interest in buying the Girondins de Bordeaux that a reaction from the person concerned was published in the German daily Bild.
Here is what Oliver Kahn said: “Discussions on a possible entry to the Girondins de Bordeaux are at an initial stage. There is no more to say at this stage.”
Former Mannschaft and Bayern Munich goalkeeper, Oliver Khan, represented by Jacques-Henri Eyraud, former president of OM, approached Gérard Lopez for the takeover of the Girondins de Bordeaux.
Oliver Kahn (55) has already expressed his desire to buy a club and invest in football in the past. He has 785 matches in the Bundesliga, and 86 with the German selection. He is a sporting legend of German football and Bayern Munich. In addition, he was an administrator for two years, then executive president for two seasons, of Bayern Munich.
We discussed this news this Thursday evening in the monthly show reserved for WebGirondins subscribers.
