September 20, 2024: Nice 8-0 ASSE
One of the worst moments in the club's recent history. A real debacle at the Allianz Riviera, after a promising victory against Lille. The Stéphanois are swept away by a Nice on fire. The score reflects the gulf between the two teams. A humiliation which will remain engraved in the memories and which made all the green people tremble.
October 26, 2024: Angers 4-2 ASSE
In a crucial duel between poorly ranked players, the Stéphanois disappoint once again. Despite a double from Davitashvili, defensive errors are costly. Faced with an Angers team well within their reach, the Greens bowed, confirming their inability to manage the pressure.
November 10, 2024: AXIS 0-1 OL
Certainly, this defeat in the derby is not a humiliation on an accounting level. But losing a derby is never a trivial thing. Some have even pointed out the lack of aggressiveness of the Stéphanois at Groupama. A derby is not played, it is won.
November 30, 2024: Rennes 5-0 ASSE
Another slap in the face for a team already on the brink of collapse. In Rennes, the Stéphanois foundered without resistance. This 5-0 confirms the collective impotence of ASSE, unable to compete against a Rennes team that is far from unstoppable. These poor performances raise questions about Olivier Dall'Oglio's choices.
