Abdellah Ouazane, this name probably means nothing to you, and yet he is the new rising star of Dutch . Or rather Moroccan since although a player trained at Ajax Amsterdam, this 15-year-old midfielder represents the Moroccan U17 selection well. In recent months, he has made headlines with a video that has gone around the world. With the Ajax youth teams, he delivered a sublime assist with an outside foot for his partner Denzel Darko who just had to finish. A pass which illustrated only a tiny part of his technical palette.

Player of the 2009 generation and little brother of Zakaria Ouazane, U19 striker for Ajax Amsterdam, Abdellah Ouazane is already considered one of Ajax's biggest nuggets. Voted best player in the Algarve Elite Cup last season, he caught the eye of several recruiters at that time. Skillful with both feet, he stands out for his technical quality well above average and a versatility that is quite rare for his age. Capable of playing in front of the defense, as a relay player or number 10, he never ceases to amaze everyone.

City and PSG scouts observed him

Called up by Morocco with the U17s despite strong interest from the Netherlands, he did not wait long before establishing himself as the best player of the Moroccan team. Author of 2 goals in his first 4 matches, he participated during the month of November in the UNAF tournament (North African Football Nations Championship) with the Moroccan selection. And after two new excellent performances, he was recalled by Ajax Amsterdam in the middle of the tournament to prepare his team's next matches in the championship. During the clash against PSV U16, just before the break, he stood out with a goal and an assist (3-3). In the meantime, he was even rewarded during an official ceremony at the Moroccan consulate in Amsterdam.

The captain of the Ajacid team is well above his opponents and his club knows it. He could quickly be upgraded to train with Young Ajax. It's also a way of showing confidence in him as several European teams, from Manchester City to PSG, including Leipzig, have observed him in recent months. No question, on the other hand, for him and his entourage to skip steps. One thing is certain, we should quickly hear about this talented young player who dazzles the Dutch lawns every weekend.
