A first session with a very reduced squad due to the international break which concerns several players.
A context not necessarily favorable for gauging the quality of its workforce. But obviously Sampaoli already has some ideas in mind for the next transfer window. A goalkeeper, a defender and a midfielder would be targeted in particular.
While there was talk this morning of interest from Stade Rennais in Sporting CP goalkeeper Vladan Kovacevic, Jorge Sampaoli is reportedly eyeing two players he had under his command at Flamengo.

Valued respectively at €25M and €15M by Flamengo, do Gerson and Fabricio Bruno have a chance of being able to join Rennes in January? Without multiple departures the answer is no. In the departures department, players like Arnaud Kalimuendo and Christopher Wooh will not be selected.
