Despite the use of pyrotechnic devices and homophobic chants during the last OM-PSG, Marseille supporters will not penalize their club. The disciplinary committee was lenient this Wednesday.
OM should benefit from a Vélodrome warmer than ever for the reception of Monaco, on December 1 for the 13th day of Ligue 1. Indeed, the Marseille club was risking a lot after a few incidents that occurred during the last OM-PSG: use of smoke bombs and lasers, banner targeting the Minister of the Interior Bruno Retailleau or even homophobic chants which incite violence against Parisians. However, the disciplinary committee did not sanction OM during its weekly meeting. She did not even mention these facts in her report. Enough to relieve the Olympian management and an entire club, already punished with closed doors this season.
