A few days after the publication of a report from the Senate information mission, the Professional Football League (LFP) must face questions from the National Financial Prosecutor's Office. L'Équipe indicates that a search is underway this Tuesday morning at the headquarters of the governing body of professional championships as well as at the home of Vincent Labrune in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône).

The procedure follows the complaint filed a few months ago by the anti-corruption association “AC!! » which contested the conditions under which the agreement between the LFP and the CVC investment fund was concluded. More precisely, the distribution of an envelope of 37.5 million euros, shared between bankers, legal advisors and Vincent Labrune, interests the Research Section of the gendarmerie and the Central Office for the Fight against Corruption and tax offenses (OCLCIFF).
