Cameroon – Namibia, Nigeria – Benin and Mauritania – Botswana were on the program at 6 p.m. of the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place in Morocco. It was in a very electric atmosphere, between the president of the Cameroonian Federation Samuel Eto’o and the Minister of Sports, that the Indomitable Lions welcomed Namibia, 98th nation in the FIFA ranking. In a match dominated by Marc Brys’ selection, Vincent Aboubakar finally allowed his team to win (1-0), thanks to his 40th goal in selection (65th). Enough to allow Cameroon to ideally launch its qualification campaign.
