At the hooker position, Stade Toulousain is in SOS emergency mode during the Six Nations Tournament

Stade Toulousain is now accustomed to these periods of winter doubles which notably reduce its squad by two major players in the same position, that of hooker. It's been a while since Peato Mauvaka and Julien Marchand left the club in February-March to play in the Six Nations Tournament with the Blues. The difficulty this year is that heel No. 3 in the hierarchy, Guillaume Cramont, who until now was acting in the absence of the two big names, suffered a major sprain in his ankle last December. However, although he recently resumed racing in training, he should not be able to return to competition before mid-February.
