Among the major events which will punctuate the 2025 Maurien calendar, two will be of direct interest to Valmeinier.
The Criterium du Dauphiné
This will be the event: the Critérium du Dauphiné cycling race, the penultimate stage of which will arrive in Valmeinier on Saturday June 14.
The next day, Maurienne will still be in the spotlight.
The peloton will leave Val-d'Arc and reach the Col du Mont-Cenis.
These two stages will be made official during the presentation of the event, scheduled for Wednesday January 29 at the Hôtel de la Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

A show from all over Maurienne
Sunday May 18, Valmeinier 1 800 will host the Maurienne agricultural show. Bringing together around a hundred cattle, the competition will promote the various agricultural productions of the valley.
