The relocation of the Stade Montois reception was made official at the beginning of October by US . The Landes derby, 11e Pro D2 day, will take place on Saturday November 16 at the Jean-Dauger stadium in , at 4:30 p.m. This will be the key meeting of a dedicated day, straddling Landes and the Basque Country.

As soon as the players leave

The spa town club meets its supporters as soon as the players leave. It will take place from Dax town hall at 10:30 a.m., Saturday November 16 (market day). The four shuttles, for which the club offered transport tickets at 10 euros, will leave, delayed, from 1:45 p.m. from the stadium.

The departure of the eight other coaches (number recorded by the USD and reported in Bayonne), co-organized with several partner bars and restaurants, takes place over mid-day. Each establishment has its program, its formula and its price (between 50 and 90 euros).

Car or train

For the public by car, several paid car parks are located around the Jean-Dauger stadium: Tour de Sault, Sainte-Claire, Paulmy, Lauga, La Baignade, Owen Roe, Glain, Champ de foire, place Charles-de-Gaulle. The one in Florida is free.

For supporters who opt for the train, outbound trips (TER or TGVinoui) are possible approximately every hour from mid-morning. Once at Bayonne station, lines 30 (direction Quintaou/Endarra) and 5 (direction Gare – Halle Iraty) lead to the “Pont du Génie” stop, closest to the stadium. The last return for Dax is a TER scheduled for 7:35 p.m.

On-site ticketing

According to the tickets available (last count communicated by the club Friday November 9: “around 9,000 tickets sold” for around 12,000, excluding subscribers, etc.), an on-site ticket office will be open, near the entrances to the Jean-Dauger stadium , avenue André-Grimard. However, the club encourages spectators to have their ticket in advance.

Once in the stadium

The stadium opens to the public at 3 p.m. and closes at 8 p.m. The US Dax has the use of refreshment bars throughout this time. Note the presence of most of the usual food trucks serving Maurice-Boyau (eight possible locations). For the entry of the players, point of “Peña Baiona”, the public will be able to sing “La Dacquoise”.

And in Dax?

No entertainment is planned in the Maurice-Boyau stadium or in its Roger-Junca space. US Dax hopes to bring together Dacquois supporters, “to prolong the celebration if necessary”, in the city center after the match. The departure of the shuttles is scheduled shortly before 7 p.m. from the Jean-Dauger stadium.

In Dax, in addition to the broadcasts of the Landes derby in certain establishments, the latter, partners of the club or not, then rely on the rugby poster of the evening, an enticing – New Zealand (9:10 p.m., TF1).

The mascot

The club's mascot, the lion Akae, will be split this Saturday, November 16. In town, with Dacquois supporters in the various establishments which will broadcast the match, but also at the Jean-Dauger stadium. This could be his last performance before a new skin. The club is currently surveying its subscribers to find a new costumed standard bearer. For now, three lines of thought: the mascot remains a lion, becomes a bull or a Roman-type character.
