Changes to the moderation of private conversations? A return to confusion

Several accounts on X, including Elon Musk’s, claim that the platform has changed its rules to allow the moderation of private conversations. In support, a screenshot that would prove the disappearance of a sentence in the FAQ (frequently asked questions) guaranteeing the confidentiality of private conversations. In reality, this sentence is still visible, but in another place. Telegram assures that it has simply clarified its rules for moderating illegal content.
