During the Enfoirés concert in Montpellier, Mimie Mathy appeared in a wheelchair, causing public concern. The actress quickly wanted to reassure her fans by explaining the reasons for this situation.
This Sunday, January 19, Mimie Mathy made a remarkable entrance during the Enfoirés concert. Present to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Restos du Cœur, the star of “Josephine, Guardian Angel” appeared on stage in a wheelchair. An image which surprised spectators and raised questions about the state of health of the actress.
Last year, Mimie Mathy had to cancel her participation for personal reasons, which had already worried her fans. This time, although present, she answered questions about her state of health with her usual humor: “The stages are so big on Les Enfoirés that if we don’t want to do an extra hour of performance, I shouldn’t walk (…). I practiced a little before killing someone. C “This thing is really great.”
More seriously, she said she suffered from weakness in her legs, accentuated by her particular “configuration”. She therefore uses a wheelchair to spare herself between performances, while emphasizing that her situation is not serious: “I read that I was paralyzed for life, that I was dying (…) But everything is fine.”
