Following recent press comments, Bureau Veritas indicates that it is in discussions with the Swiss firm SGS regarding a potential merger. “There is no guarantee that these discussions will result in any transaction or agreement. Bureau Veritas will not make any further comment to this stage and will communicate as necessary,” the company specifies in a press release.

Catania

The catamaran manufacturer will deliver its first quarter revenue.

Cibox

Cibox, an expert in electric micro-mobility, has revealed its 2024 turnover which amounts to 9.8 million euros, an increase of 104% compared to that of 2023. Over the whole year, bicycles represent 50% of turnover, electric scooters 40%, and accessories and services, 10%. The share of international sales increased by 40% and now represents 10% of total activity for the year.

Drone Volt

Drone Volt revealed record turnover for the 2024 financial year, up 36% to 32.7 million euros. The gross margin of the manufacturer of professional civil drones and expert in embedded solutions increased by 10%, to 4 million euros. The group intends to rely on the implementation of a cost rationalization plan in order to consolidate the trajectory towards positive EBITDA from 2025.

In 2024, Esker achieved the best year in its history with a turnover of 205.3 million euros, up 15% at constant exchange rate and in published data. SaaS revenue, which represents 82% of total activity, showed an increase of 14% to represent a turnover of 167.9 million euros for the whole year.

Fermental algae

Fermentalg announces the completion of a record 2024 financial year on a commercial level with a turnover of 11.5 million euros, very significantly higher than that of 2023 (4 million euros) and the objective set at the start of last year (10 million euros). The microalgae specialist specifies that this performance is all the more remarkable as it had to manage, at the end of the year, cancellations and postponements of orders from two significant customers “which should have made it possible to greatly exceed the last announced objective during the financial year” namely 12 million euros.

GTT

GTT announces that it received, during the first quarter of 2025, an order from the Chinese shipyard Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding, for the design of the tanks of six new very large LNG carriers. These six LNG carriers will each offer a total capacity of 271,000 m³ and will integrate the NO96 Super+ membrane containment system developed by GTT. Vessel deliveries are expected during the second quarter of 2028, the second and third quarters of 2029, and the first and third quarters of 2031.

Hoffmann Green

Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies, a player committed to the decarbonization of the construction sector which designs and markets innovative clinker-free cements, announces the extension of the licensing contract with its American partner Hoffmann Green USA signed in July 2024, triggering a right of additional entry of 8 million euros. “This decision reaffirms the growing interest of the American market for concrete and innovative solutions, capable of immediately responding to the ambitious decarbonization objectives of the construction sector,” specifies a press release.

Implanet announces annual turnover for 2024 up 26% to 9.4 million euros. The medtech specializing in implants intended for orthopedic surgery and in the distribution of technological medical equipment cites a continued acceleration in the growth of quarterly turnover since the second quarter of 2024. In the fourth quarter, it reached nearly 3 million euros, an increase of 81%. Implanet welcomes its very good annual performance for the medical equipment distribution activity at 2.3 million euros.

Nexans

Nexans, a specialist in the design and manufacture of cable systems and associated services, has been awarded the contract for the LanWin2 project, worth €1 billion, under the framework agreement signed with TenneT in May 2023. This EPCI project covers the design, supply, construction and installation of 250 km of 525 kV high voltage direct current onshore and submarine export cables, made of polyethylene crosslinked (HVDC, XLPE).

Teleperformance
