HERE RDI is adapting its programming for the coming months in order to better inform Canadians about the unprecedented political and economic context: Donald Trump’s second term as President of the United States, race for the leadership of the Liberal Party of Canada and upcoming federal elections. Viewers will be able to count on the expertise and increased presence of Patrice Roy and of Gerald Fillion to accompany them on HERE RDI on a daily basis.
Luce Julien, general director of information at -, and Sébastien Perron, first director of ICI RDI, announced today that the broadcasts Live with Patrice Roy et Zone info hosted by Gérald Fillion will be presented in a format of two hours each from Monday January 20 2025.
Live with Patrice Roy is brought forward and will now have a duration of 120 minutes of 3:55 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Patrice’s expertise in politics will be used to delve deeper into Canadian and American news in the company of seasoned analysts. The broadcast will be preceded by Zone info of 14:00 to 15:00 55. Gérald Fillion will pay particular attention to the economy and developing news supported by our reporters across the country and his commentators.
To strengthen Canadian-American coverage, Christian Latreille will be ICI RDI’s special correspondent in Washington, alongside correspondents Azeb Wolde-Giorghis and Frédéric Arnould.
