Macky Sall went into business. The former President of the Republic, established in Morocco since his departure from power last April, created a firm called Semo Holding. “This company offers services in the fields of the environment, energy and political strategies,” reports the Moroccan newspaper Le Desk, quoted in L’AS on Monday, January 13.
The same source indicates that the company is established in Gueuliez, an upscale district of Marrakech. “Semo Holding aims to become a major player in Africa and beyond thanks to a vast network of international partners, supported by the rich address book of the former President. [Le cabinet se veut] a platform hosting many companies,” adds L’AS.
