Every Sunday, from noon to 1 p.m., The World partners with France Inter to host and broadcast the program “Political Questions”, presented by Carine Bécard with Nathalie Saint-Cricq (France TV) and Françoise Fressoz (The World).
The guest on Sunday January 12 was Yaël Braun-Pivet, president of the National Assembly and Renaissance MP for Yvelines. She has taken a step forward regarding pension reform, which the left would like to see suspended. The elected official estimated that the reform « n’[était] not perfect”and even “unfair”and that he “there are many topics to still discuss”whether on arduousness, long careers or women’s retirements.
“What suits me is that we talk again. Afterwards, if we have to stop to discuss again with a very short discussion cycle, I am not opposed to it in principle, but what I want in these cases is that we really agree on really put things on the table during these six months of discussion and that we all commit to really discussing”and this Mrs. Braun-Pivet.
