This 49 million villa has a Ferrari in the living room

There are those who love cars and there are fans, the real ones. Like Aldo Stark, the founder of Prestige Design Homes and big Ferrari fan. A passion reflected in his latest real estate project, a villa located in Delray Beach (Florida) with the evocative name of Casa Maranello, as a nod to the Ferrari production site in Italy.

The villa is located in the Stone Creek Ranch district, called “Billionaires Row”, a real magnet for wealthy people. The secure residential complex has 37 villas and an artificial lake. Aldo Stark is currently building five properties there, but Casa Maranello is by far the most impressive.

The property is located on a plot of land of more than 10,000 m², on the banks of the lake. From the cellar to the attic, Aldo Stark and his wife Fiorenna, who designed it, pay homage to Ferrari. Thus, the statue of a prancing horse is in the center of a pond in the entrance courtyard and a collectible Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa sits in the middle of the living room. A car gallery has twelve other models from the brand, which can be admired from the sofa.

The gallery is more museum than garage, with the luxury cars lit by chandeliers hanging from a chevron parquet ceiling. But be careful, the twelve vehicles in the gallery are not included in the purchase price of 48.6 million francs. According to the announcement, there is room for negotiation for the old Ferrari from the show to be included in the sale. Which nevertheless risks increasing the price of the property, a similar Ferrari model having been estimated at $38 million by Sotheby’s in early 2024.

In the villa of more than 2000 m², Aldo Stark did not skimp on the decoration. Marble and onyx elements can be found in almost every room.

In the entrance, the illuminated marble wall never fails to impress. Further on, in the heart of the villa, sits the impressive living room with its two gas fireplaces, its two giant screens and the famous Ferrari.

Many elements of the property have a hotel feel, including the bar with a capacity of 16 people and the elegant dining room whose onyx table can accommodate up to 20 guests. There are two kitchens, one intended for private use and the other reserved for catering services.

The two master suites are equipped with dressing rooms and adjoining bathrooms. The other five bedrooms also have their own bathroom. The villa also has a spa.

According to the ad, this “Bulgari-inspired” spa has enough to rival that of any hotel. It has an indoor swimming pool, a salt cave, a hammam, a sauna and a fully equipped gym. The property’s huge garden also houses a second swimming pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, a football, basketball and golf course.
