The government council examined and approved, on December 19, three draft decrees presented by Amal El Falah, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, indicates a press release from the spokesperson. word of the government.
This is draft decree no. 2-24-522 modifying and supplementing decree no. 2-22-385 establishing the list of administrative decisions necessary for the realization of investment projects, including the processing and delivery time. Delivery of applications does not exceed 30 days. The new text updates the list of administrative decisions appearing in the annex to Decree No. 2-22-385.
More precisely, the project includes measures aimed at compliance with the provisions of Law No. 83-21 relating to regional multi-service companies (SRM), as well as the related implementing texts, in particular with regard to administrative decisions relating to the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water (ONEE) – Electricity branch.
The government council also approved draft decree No. 2-24-523 modifying and supplementing decree No. 2-22-386 establishing the list of administrative decisions requiring an extension of the legal deadline for their issuance with a view to carrying out a technical expertise or a public inquiry. The new text thus updates the list of decisions appearing in the annex to Decree No. 2-22-386.
Then, the council adopted draft decree no. 2-24-524 modifying and supplementing decree no. 2-22-387 establishing the list of administrative decisions for which the principle of silence constitutes agreement can be applied, after the expiry of the time limit set for their processing.
