The DGSN accelerates digitalization and starts with the anthropometric form

The General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) announced the launch, from December 20, of the E-Police digital services portal. The anthropometric form is the first administrative service to be digitalized.

The design of the portal is based on a technological approach aimed at bringing together all the services provided by the National security in the same space, indicates the DGSN in a press release.

The portal is characterized by ease of use and includes the latest technologies and integrated digital solutions in force in e-administration, such as rapid response to requests, remote identity verification and protection of personal data and user data.

From December 20, citizens will be able to request an anthropometric form online, after verifying their identity using the “Trusted Third Party” platform for identity verification and the “Digital Identity” portal designed by the DGSN.

In practice, this new service allows citizens to remotely request an extract from the anthropometric form via their electronic national identity card, before carrying out the necessary procedures electronically on the same portal, explains the DGSN.

Subsequently, an electronic notification is sent to the citizen concerned to inform them of the availability of the document and invites them, thus, to go to the nearest identity document registration center, and of their choice, with a view to withdrawing the document and this, within a shorter period than before.

The E-Police portal is linked to a set of digital services provided by the DGSN, in particular the appointment request service to obtain the electronic national identity card, the registration service for police competitions, as well as other services.

The launch of the E-Police portal constitutes the first phase of a continuous digitization process of the public police service, this service project to include in its future phases the integration and digitization of the request for other administrative documents, such as the residence certificate and the request for renewal of the national electronic identity card.

The DGSN plans to activate this portal and expand the set of services it offers progressively, in order to guarantee community policing, on the one hand, and to simplify and optimize the services provided to citizens. , on the other hand.
