Calogero’s home burglarized, several tens of thousands of euros in damage: News

On the night of Friday December 13, burglars broke into the house of singer Calogero. They stole several pieces of jewelry, leather goods, cash and two guitars. The damage is estimated at more than 50,000 euros.

Guitars, jewelry, leather goods, the thieves did not leave empty-handed. Victim of this break-in, the singer Calogero was robbed between the night of Friday December 13 and the afternoon of Saturday 14, reports Le Parisien. The artist was not present at his home, located in Boulogne-Billancourt, at the time of the events. According to initial findings by the police, the criminals entered the home by forcing a window on the first floor.

Two stolen guitars

What did they steal? Presumably well informed, they would probably have managed to locate the dressing room where the singer’s safe was located. They stole a luxury watch and no less than 30,000 euros in cash. Apart from the safe, the criminals seized several pieces of jewelry and leather goods.

Even more striking for the interpreter of “Facing the sea”two guitars were also stolen, each worth the sum of 7,000 euros. The investigation was entrusted by the public prosecutor’s office to investigators from the Hauts-de-Seine judicial police sub-directorate. In December and a few weeks before, several public figures had already been robbed, including the former PSG player Ezequiel Lavezzi in his residence in Neuilly-sur-Seine or the son of Martin Bouygues on the night of December 19 November 20.
