Disney+: “To continue to improve, we must increase prices”

A streaming service requires a lot of investment, both in technology and content. We listen to the market, we listen to our users and we try to offer them the best content with the best service, and for that we obviously have to have the means to do so. We still remain, I think, competitive in relation to the proposition we have: thousands of hours of content, with brands like Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Searchlight Pictures, FX, ABC. ..

All of this requires investment and to continue to develop and improve, we must increase prices. We're not the only ones and we're still much cheaper than what Netflix can offer. We are competitive since we are at 5.99 euros per month for our subscription with advertising, just like Netflix and Max, and below Prime Video (6.99 euros per month, editor’s note).
