Death of Mustapha Zaari, great figure of theater and television



AA seasoned and versatile artist, the deceased made himself known for a range of characters, sometimes comic, sometimes dramatic, which he played with mastery on stage as well as on the big and small screen.

But it was on the theater stages, which he performed for more than five decades, that the late Zaari was able to reveal the immensity of his talent.

At the start of his career, Mustapha Zaari worked in the theater alongside major figures in the field, before obtaining his first role in the cinema in 1973 in the film “Silence, sense forbidden” by Abdellah Mesbahi.

The deceased distinguished himself through his comic works, notably his duet with his traveling companion the late Mustapha Dassoukine. The late Zaari was honored at various national festivals in recognition of his rich artistic career.
