NARRATIVE – This Tuesday morning, at the conference of presidents of the Assembly, the left rebelled against the “parliamentary obstruction” of the Macronists and the right with a view to the examination of the LFI text scheduled for Thursday.
The tension suddenly rose a notch. At the Assembly, behind closed doors at the Hôtel de Lassay, Tuesday morning, electrical exchanges took place between several parliamentarians. At issue: the number of amendments – more than 1,000 – tabled by the Macronist troops and the LR right to counter the proposed law to repeal the pension reform, which will be debated Thursday on the occasion of the day of initiative of the Insoumis. During this meeting, which brought together the conference of presidents of the Assembly, the Insoumise Mathilde Panot rebelled against “this unacceptable parliamentary obstruction”according to several participants.
“In view of the number of amendments, I solemnly request that for each of them there be only one speech for and one against on each of them”she demanded. And to try to ensure that each intervention lasts only one minute maximum. A request refused by the representatives of the majority, and which will therefore not be effective
