The Minister Delegate in charge of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, Karim Zidane, will lead, from November 25 to 29, a large Moroccan delegation to Japan and the Republic of Korea as part of a roadshow intended to promote investment in Morocco.
A press release from the department concerned specifies that this roadshow, organized jointly by the ministry and the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE), aims to strengthen bilateral economic relations and highlight the assets of the Kingdom as a preferred destination for foreign direct investment, particularly in sectors such as automobiles, aeronautics, electronics and agro-industry.
The mission is also part of an approach to strengthening the promotion of the “Morocco Now” brand among target markets, adds the press release, noting that the tour thus provides for meetings with Japanese and Korean decision-makers, investors and institutional players, with the aim of exploring avenues of collaboration between the economic actors of the two countries.
Morocco will highlight, on this occasion, its investment offer in the sectors of the future, in particular during the “Morocco Now” conferences which will be organized by AMDIE in Tokyo on November 25 and in Seoul on November 28, under the theme “Morocco: Sustainable Platform for Investment and Trade”.
