Questioned by the investigating judge, she declared that she woke up around 6 a.m. and saw her child dead on her bed. She then left the home, “dark thoughts in the head“. She also indicated “remember nothing“.
The mother, who has no criminal record, was placed under arrest on Monday for murder. The father was released. “At this stage of the investigation, no evidence of his guilt has been proven.“added the spokesperson.
