An operation all the more sensitive as the Arrival in France of this figure of narcobanditism, a historic enemy of the DZ Mafia, had been announced, in particular on social networks by the Keeper of the Seals himself.
A very high protection convoy
It was around 5 p.m. this Friday, January 24, when a procession of a dozen police and SUVs trivialized with tinted windows has gone hastily. The convoy made up of intervention units of the prison administration, hooded and heavily armed, accompanied by the workforce of the Interdepartmental Directorate of the National Police (DIPN13) left Marignane Airport a few minutes earlier. Felix Bingui landed there at the end of the afternoon, still under a reinforced escort but aboard a classic commercial flight, after being extracted from Fleury-Mérogis prison, where he was detained since his return to France.
As soon as after the landing, the detainee was brought directly to the Marseille judicial court, where he was expected by an instructor magistrate behind an arrest warrant issued following the dismantling in June 2023, of the network of Narcotic drug trafficking called “Yoda”, centered on the city of La Paternal, and of which he would have been the chief.
Felix Bingui was indicted and placed in pre -trial detention, the prosecution and its lawyer announced.
