Since its creation, the Raid Sahraouiya has established itself as an unmissable women’s sporting event due to the strength of its commitment to supporting social causes as well as the extraordinary quality of its program. This year again, the Raid Sahraouiya will be able to count on the participation of strong and committed women to shine the different associations represented, including the actress Ariane Brodier, the journalist Daniela Prepeliuc, the Olympian judoka Asmaa Niang and the mountaineer Nawal Sfendla .

The Dakhla peninsula, renowned for its spectacular landscapes and preserved ecosystem, will once again be the exceptional scene of this unique event. This idyllic setting provides the perfect backdrop for demanding sporting events while highlighting the incredible natural wealth of the region.

The organizers remind you that each participant, when registering, informs the association of their choice: women’s causes and/or projects with a strong social impact. At the end of a week of competitions, the prize money at stake will be donated to the causes supported by the pairs making up the final podium.

The Sahraouiya adventure, combining sport, surpassing oneself, and social commitment, returns this year with reinforced ambition. Social partner of the event for the second consecutive year, SOS Villages d’Enfants Maroc is joining this initiative to promote common values ​​such as equality, inclusion, solidarity, perseverance.

Around ten participants ready to take on the sporting challenges of Sahraouiya are committed to raising funds for the new SOS Villages d’Enfants Maroc center in Dakhla. The funds raised will be used to equip a sports facility which will benefit not only children without family support looked after by the association, but also those in the local community.
