Gestion Imuzz, the company of Cédrick Fontaine and Simon Brassard, the two partners of Motel 2020, is building an eight-unit building on Lapointe Street, in Clermont.
75 Lapointe, built at the same address, will offer eight 5 1/2 room apartments. “These will be beautiful accommodations close to the playground. We hope to attract families who are looking for a mid- to high-end product including a heat pump and the internet,” mentions Cédrick Fontaine.

The new company is investing nearly $2M to carry out a first real estate project. It’s probably not the last since she owns another piece of land in Clermont.

The construction work is carried out by the company Construction Les Beaux Projets which is also owned by Cédrick Fontaine.
