The State is changing the business model of the Friborg vineyard in Lavaux

It’s a small revolution that will take place in Lavaux, in the vineyards of the State of Fribourg. Following the departure “by mutual agreement” of Gérard Vallélian next summer and as part of the renovation work on the estate as well as the building dating from 1138, the management of institutions, agriculture and forests ( DIAF) decided that the work would also be carried out in the organization of the vineyard.
