LThe idea for Click Doc was born from observing the persistent challenges in the medical sector: heavy administrative management, limited access to care in certain regions and the need for digitalization reinforced by the coronavirus pandemic.
“The challenge of our SaaS platform is to democratize access to medical care thanks to intuitive digital tools serving professionals in the health ecosystem.”, explains Fatima Zahra Bouazzaoui, the founder of Click Doc who chose to set up at the Technopark in Casablanca.
Before launching the startup, she had already accumulated eight years of experience as a marketing and sales manager within a communications agency specializing in the medical sector, after obtaining a master’s degree in Marketing at the IGA in 2015.
The Click Doc solution meets the daily needs of healthcare professionals thanks to a simple and modular interface, facilitating quick handling without advanced technical skills. It optimizes the management of medical appointments with an online appointment booking system, waiting room monitoring and automatic reminders to limit absences.
Administratively, the platform centralizes billing and management of patient files, offering clear monitoring of income and expenses. On the medical side, it ensures the secure sharing of files between practitioners for better coordination of care.
Faced with the growing demand for teleconsultations, particularly in isolated areas, Click Doc has also integrated a remote consultation functionality with the possibility of generating electronic prescriptions, facilitating continuity of care.
A module to digitalize exchanges between laboratories and doctors
Continuing this logic of innovation, the startup plans to launch the Click Doc Laboratoires module in 2025. “This new tool will allow secure and digital sharing of medical analysis results between laboratories and doctors in order to reduce errors and accelerate patient care.”, reveals Fatima Zahra Bouazzaoui.
AI also plays a central role in the evolution of Click Doc. The startup integrates AI solutions to direct patients towards medical specialties according to their symptoms and exploit predictive analysis to support doctors in the diagnosis and monitoring of pathologies.
The year 2025 will mark a key phase for the company, with the acceleration of the deployment of its solution in several West African countries, as part of its continental expansion. At the same time, the startup is pursuing a fundraising dynamic to support this growth and its R&D projects, having already been selected by the Maroc Entreprendre network support program, an essential lever to support its development.
