Friborg Olympic signed its second success in the 2nd phase of the Europe Cup. At home, Thibaut Petit’s players dominated Spirou Charleroi 95-87.
Already victorious over the Belgians at home, the Friborgs continued their mastery in front of their home crowd. Olympic never really shook. The Swiss champion made the difference in the second half. After 20 minutes of play, the score was 49-45 in favor of the Fribourgeoises, then 70-58 after 3 quarters. Charleroi gave everything in the final period to reduce the gap from 16 points to 8.
