Youssou N’Dour, Chucho Valdés, Ibrahim Maalouf at Cully Jazz
The Cully Jazz Festival unveiled the program for its 42nd edition on Tuesday. Among the headliners, Chucho Valdés, John Scofield, Stacey Kent, Ibrahim Maalouf and Youssou N’Dour and Tigran Hamasyan are expected on the banks of Lake Geneva from April 4 to 12.
(Keystone-ATS) “The event offers a very diverse and high-quality panorama of current music,” declared Jean-Yves Cavin, co-director of the festival to the press in Lausanne. “A few names shine very brightly”, like the Cuban pianist Chucho Valdés who will open the show with his Royal Quartet.
