As part of its daily monitoring of the performance of agents of authority and its concern to guarantee compliance with the ethical rules governing the public service, the Ministry of the Interior proceeded to the suspension of a Caïd at the provincial level of Midelt against the backdrop of the opening of a judicial investigation, under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office, for his alleged involvement in a corruption case.
In a press release, the Ministry of the Interior specifies that the appropriate administrative procedures will be applied against the person concerned, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force and this, in light of the results of the investigations and the legal procedure.
