Salvo Ficarra, of the comic duo Ficarra and Picone, spoke about the moment his Palermo is experiencing: “I don't want to get into technical questions”.

Except Ficarra (face of the comic duo Ficarra&Picone) spoke about the Palermo in a long interview given to La Repubblica-Palermo: “If they had told us that we would have fought to save ourselves today we would probably be happy. Instead, the club tells us that we are fighting to stabilize ourselves among the top ten in Serie A, but as an Serie A we only have the lights of the stadium illuminated in the evening and the prices of season tickets. I don't want to go into technical issues because they are not within my competence. However, I think that the club must admit that in recent years it has not set up a suitable roster for the positions it is flaunting: they fill it with promises that are not kept.”

The actor then added: “Dionisi showed us how to play in flashes. If there are problems in the locker room that we don't know about, it's right to sack him, but I don't agree if you decide to send him away to offload him with responsibilities that aren't just his. This team, if If Guardiola replaced Dionisi, he would occupy the same position he occupies today.” Ficarra highlighted on the pages of Repubblica.

Then he concludes: “I have the feeling that among the managers no one has a pink and black scarf around their neck. They are people who have to keep their accounts in order and they do it well. But they promised us Serie A in three years and they didn't set up a team capable of achieving the goal. This is another promise they probably won't keep.” Ficarra concluded on the moment his favorite team is experiencing.
